Job Summary of:

  • Will be reporting to Marketing Manager.
  • Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area, province or country
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, and effective sales Techniques
Responsibilities and Duties: CORE FUNCTIONS
  • Collaborates with in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet targets.
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price.
  • Accurately forecasts monthly , quarterly sales.
  • Implements all sales policies, practices and procedures.
.• Conducts promotional programs like seminar at customer. Required profile
  • Graduate with experience of min 2-6 yrs in Marketing and sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good general computer operation skills and basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with team building techniques.
  • Ability to perform all Marketing functions independently if necessary.
Experience:

2 to 6 years In industrial sales.
Having an Experience in selling of Speciality Adhesive Tape will be an added advantage
Preference will be for experience in selling to Electrical or Automobile industries Age – below 30 years
Languages – English, Hindi, and Respective Regional Languages

Job Summary of Asst. Manager / Manager Marketing & Sales

Location : Pune , Banglore

  • Will be reporting to Marketing Head.
  • Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area, province or country
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earning

Responsibilities and Duties:

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborates with in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  • Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel

Marketing

  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  • Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Participate in Formulations all sales policies, practices and procedures.
  • Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.
  • Collaborates with Plant Head to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
  • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
  • Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
  • Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
  • Holds regular meeting with sales staff.
  • Graduate with experience of min 10 yrs in Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good general computer operation skills and basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet softwar
  • Able to apply written instructions to the team and Cross functional team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with team building techniques.
  • Update knowledge of new product launches by competitors.
  • Ability to perform all Marketing functions during absence of VP- Marketing when necessary.
  • Meets or exceeds test requirements as established by the MD/VP Marketing

Experience:

6 to 10 Years In Marketing and Sales of Industrial Products.
Knowledge of government tender business is Must

Languages – English, Hindi, and Respective Regional Languages
